KoS Cabal Makes the Move

     After 18 months on Cabal Europe KoS can safely say it has made a successful move to the newest server Jupiter. Having dominated Mars at its start KoS decided to give more members a chance to enjoy the game from the start so moved to the new server when it opened.

Currently the number one guild on the server, and having a really solid membership all the way from the start level of 95 and up the guild is active in all phases of the game. The recent episode 2 patch brought new skills and maps and is keeping everyone hooked. Be sure to stop by our forums and apply if your interested in playing Cabal with KoS.

KoS News Update

     The MMO market has been a little dry for new games over the past year so there are alot of us just waiting for the next new game to jump on. Good upcoming titles are looking like Aion (my personal favorite), Age of Conan and WarHammer Online. The next six month should see some action on some of these games for us. In the meantime if you find a game that can take up a few months of time while we wait for better titles be sure to drop by our game hunting forums and make a post.

     I think this week I will be creating a Dedicated Server for Halo 2 PC that was just released a few days ago. This will be a KoS Clan Server for anyone here that likes to play competatively. If anyone here is into map making let me know.

     At 16:30 (GMT) on Wednesday 29th November 2006, a brave group of adventurers managed to fell the mechanical colossus. Congratulations go to the team, consisting of these members from Knights of Shadow: Granser, Markey, Dbam, Pluppartan, Gexu, Lila, Eifos, Surhc, Sander, Darkwolf, Heffster, Maldoror.

KoS is the first clan by a longshot to defeat this most difficult boss on the DDO Europe Servers. You guys rock, way to do the clan proud!

RF Online KoS Update

     KoS to this day still remains the most dominant, feared and accomplished guild accross all RFO servers. When we come accross our enemies they have few choices; among those are running, porting, dying and yes even suiciding into guard turrets out of fear. Over 90% of the games major accomplishments were achived by KoS first only to be followed by others months later. We have killed all the bosses, won all the tournaments and carried our own race upon our shoulders since the inception of RF Online CM.

You guys do me proud, keep up the great work. There will be many new objectives to accomplish soon with the upcoming content patch.

     On the 9th of June KoS successfully defended Sabuk wall. Sabuk wall for those who dont know is one of the castles that can be held in mir3. KoS and its allies managed to easily put off NewDawn, its attackers.

Velah, the Red Dragon

     KoS killed the Velah, the Red Dragon in DDO for the first time today

These were the triaphent bunch:
Surhc, Gaia, Barthe, Brightewolf, Godalmighty, Nosferium, Gem, Glade, Sarg, Lefthand, Myrander & Yantail

Gaia and Myranda are the first to recieve the dragon's loot and congratulations to both of them.

2 More Down & A New High Warlord

     Well After Clearing all the Trash the Night Before without wiping and our first time on the Trash after Firemaw, we gave Ebonroc a few shots and got him to 7%. We were Hype. We went to Scholo farmed up some Dark runes for SR gear and this time prepped and ready returned to BWL on an OffRaid Night in Sunday. Well we then Oneshoted Ebonroc and after a few tries getting positioning and pulls done right on FlameGor, we smoked him too.

EBONROC KOSED, FLAMEGOR KOSED. GRATS KOS.

Other News : We smashed through MC in our fastest run to Domo yet in 4 hrs and saved Rags for our regular early Saturday action. Soon we will be clearing full MC including Rag in under 4 hours.We owned Hakkar and ZG as usual. We had cleared AQ but for Ayamiss and Ossirian and were slated to take him Sunday but went for Ebonroc and FlameGor instead. Both Ayamiss and Ossirian will die this coming week. Of course Onyxia got owned once again.

We also had our first HiGH WarLord in Deamia. He worked hard for this and Grats to him.

New KoS Website & Forums

     As you can see our new website and forums are up and running. Game team managers should come see me for access to their prospective sections so we can get your sticky posts moved to the new forums ASAP. I would still like a new banner made in flash with some simple animation and music that I can edit in and out as I please. If anyone has ideas for this please contact me. If anyone has any requests or suggestions for the new site please let me know. The old forums will be locked in a few days, everyone please be sure to migrate before then.

Broodlord Down

     Again, we come, we see, we KoSed. It has been a good week with the Blood, Sweat and Tears Group, our main Raid Group, finally getting back together and in full force. As A guild this week has been good. 4 Bosses of AQ20 down. Starting Work on Ossirian. ZG, Onyxia, MC lears and we took down Broodlord on our second try in our first serious Broodlord assault.

Razorgore Down

     Another milestone for our guild. We have ventured into BlackWing Lair and in only a couple weeks of forming our hardcore group we have downed Razorgore on only our second night into the instance with the hardcore Group.

KoS Newsflash

     Last week KoS World of Warcraft cleared 8 of 10 in Molten Core, Good Job! This week we hope to take down Majordomo and have a shot at Ragnaros. We also completed several more Onyxia keys this weekend and should be giving her a go wihin the week. Also last week KoS Mir 3 became the first guild to have held BOTH castles in Mir3. Based on Gelu server - we were the first guild to take Desert Mud Wall, and tonight we successfully took Sabuk Wall from ForbiddenCity. KoS has also taken Sabuk Wall in Mir 2. Good job to the WoW and Mir teams, Keep up the great work!

Ferentus

     Ferentus has just hit open beta a few days ago and we have made a guild there. KoS was the first guild created on the East Coast Ferentus server. Gratz to Advenger and DreamZ for hitting 30 so fast to make the guild. We are very strong now and have a full group of people who are higher level than the rest of the server. We plan to have a blast in the game and try our hand at taking the Castle Towns as our own. If you would like to play with us put an app in the Ferentus section of our forums. We Had Some PvP Fun Last Night

Last night while OniSlayer and Boourns were doin the spider quest on dwarf island they started getting harrassed by ForeverSpirit and BloodedSpirit (couple no english speakin chumps from china is my guess). A battle ensued and they ended up killin Boourns and then OniSlayer had to beat feet for town. Harm and Salmael ported to dwarf island to lend support and during the next conflict Harm killed ForeverSpirit just as she turned white thus making harm turn red. BloodedSpirit ran away after she saw her partner die and Harm stripped off his equimpent and gave it to OniSlayer to hold. For the next few hours many people tried to kill Harm but he was just too fast and no one could catch him, he even ran circles around the original trouble makers and taunted them as they tried to attack him.

Harm got back to white a few hours later (The mobs on the island were just too low lvl for him so we had to resort to having OniSlayer kill him to reduce his Karma debt back to zero) then we went back to the original place of battle where we found FS and BS again so we harrassed them a bit and they attacked again and this time they got put down faster than a fat kid eats cake.

It was alot of fun, poor Boourns died 2 or 3 times and Salmael died once but it was well worth a break from our level/cash grinding and we look forward to similar encounters in the near future! =-)

The Clan Is Now Level 1

Congratz on getting the clan to Level One guys. Now we need to step it up this weekend and try to get it to Level Two on Saturday. So everyone take some time to farm some cash, i will need each of you to save up 120k to get the guild to Level Two. Once we do that we can get it to Level Three in a matter of days by doing the Proof of Blood Quest (no adena required for this upgrade).

Lets get Level Three ASAP, it will be nice having our clan tag/emblem above our heads so when we go raid on some of these fools that mess with us we can represent.
